Questions to ask caterer references?

So FS and I got a quote the other day that fit in our budget and allows us to have the wedding at the chapel we love and the reception nearby (cue heavenly music). However the cater only has like 1 review on WW so I asked him to provide me with a few references. He sent me 2 people to contact, one couple that actually had their reception where we're going to have ours.

But I have no idea what to ask them lol. What are like five good questions to ask them to get a feel for the job this cater does? Thanks!

    Rate the food 1-10. Anything less than 8 what specifically did you not like?

    Were you happy with the service/waitstaff?

    How was working with them? (menu, price, timeline, etc.)

    When I asked the caterer for references, i asked him to give me 3 or 4 names of satisfied customers and at least 1 customer who had a problem with his services that he felt he resolved. I contacted all of them and they were very straightforward.

    I asked what their overall impression was, asked about promptness, responsiveness, if they stuck to their quote, about the service, was there enough food, how was the food, etc.
