For the couple who are paying for the wedding yourselves how did you decide to break up the cost? With FH and I I decided that I will pay for most of it since I want this more then he does.(He would be happy with just us and parents) he being the awesome person he is(lol most the time) will be paying for a good amount of it also.

    Raquel that is why I am ok with paying more since I want more then what he does. LOL I even told him I would not make him pay for my dress. I did tell him he wouldbe paying for his clothes though.

    We split it in half and we considered my engagement ring to be part of his 1/2. Most of the budget relates to food and photographer, so why not split it down the middle? Each of our parents are contributing a little bit too.
