Question for those who have used Shutterfly....

Definitely go with a different picture. If their site is saying it's too low-res, they mean it. They'll not label some things as too low when they really should be just because they're still "ok" but may not look the best. Also, depending on the size of the book, if you went for a smaller book, it might be okay..

I would say go with another picture. You do not want this picture for the cover. If you really want to use it, us it inside and make the picture smaller...This way it will come out better!

I've actually ordered it before with that warning. It was for a calendar. It was very grainy and pixely pixelish whatever the word is. I don't regret it because I and the recipient absolutely loved that picture. Just note that they do mean it when they give that warning. :-)

Well, the picture that I'm wanting to use for the front cover is actually a picture that I grabbed off the internet of the feet of a father and daughter while dancing. The scanned picture I was able to stick elsewhere. Does anyone know where I can get a high resolution version of this type of picture?
