I used a QR code direct to RSVP website. I also included the url for those unfamiliar with QR code. To make the QR code I used a random website.

I also included a phone number for people who didn't want to RSVP online at all.

View Quoted Comment I didn’t use a QR code. I was just showing someone what it was. I’m sure if the site you link it to has meal choices then yes they can choose a meal.
