What is everyone using for these songs? Are you using songs with lyrics or just the music behind them?

We are having a traditional church ceremony so it will be the organist playing for the most part but my sister will be doing 3 trumpet voluntaries for us. I have to get everything approved both by the priest and by the choir master/organist still but my hopes are for:

Veni Veni Emmanuel - sung in Latin for the choir, acolytes, chalice bearers and clergy (sung by the choir)

Greensleeves/What Child is This? for my fiancee's Honor Guard

Trumpet Voluntary ?? Possibly from Zelda for my fiancee (and dad?)

Pachelbel's Canon in D for my Bridal Party and the kids.

Trumpet Voluntary: Throne Room theme from SW A New Hope for myself and my parents

    And Recessional:

Trumpet Voluntary: Hedwig's Theme for the two of us

Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty Waltz for the rest of the wedding party

And Beethoven's Joyful Joyful (sung) for the Liturgical party (clergy, choir, acolytes etc) - this one is the one I'm most unsure of...

My processional-- I found this GORGEOUS orchestral version of Moon River and I just started sobbing the first 3 times I listened to it, so I knew it was perfect.

Recessional--Let's Go Fly A Kite from Mary Poppins! It's the perfect skippy, happy, ending! I also considered "I'm a Believer" by the Monkees.

We have a pianist who is going to play our songs. Everything will be instrumental. FH and I are walking down (together) to "The Very Thought of You" and walking out to L-O-V-E. Our theme is Harlem Renaissance so, all the songs before/during/after the ceremony are from that era.

I'm using songs that really have a meaning while I walk down and leave...I want the lyrics to mean something

I'm using instrumental versions of processional and the actual version for the recessional.

Parents & BM processional- 1,000 Years covered by The Piano Guys

Bride & Father Processional- Say You Won't Let Go-Violin Cover by Daniel Jang (This is OUR SONG. I didn't want to do our first dance to it, it didn't have the right beat for me, I think walking down the aisle to it will be even more special!)

Recessional- Ring on Every Finger- LoCash
