Problems wi th messages through Weddingwire app

Hi,

I’ve been using the WeddingWire app and been having a huge issue with the messages section.

Has anyone had the problem where the message from a vendor is cutoff and the user can not reply due to an undefined error? It has frustrating for both the vendor and I.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
