Actually having a tasting today and trying to prepare last minute for it. What questions should I ask?

How did your tasting go? I would definitely ask to try the vegan and vegetarian options or whatever dietary options. My vegetarian guests said their meals were eh. Aha whoops I didn’t try the vegetarian entree out when I taste tested.
