Monica, on September 30, 2017 at 6:36 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 7

Has anyone ever done this? What does the process entail?

If you're talking about the kits you print yourself, it's easy. That's what I used. There are very clear instructions in the box. I would still advise buying enough to have some extras just in case your printer decides to act up.

Haven't heard of Michael's doing the printing, but Staples does. My niece used them for hers.

I didn't do michaels printing (not sure that's a thing) but I did buy one of the print at home kits and it turned out fantastic. I loved my invites

I did the Michael's invitation kit and printed on my home printer...easy-peasy. The only thing is the kit only gives you one sample to practice on so cut a few extra pieces from regular copy paper to the sample size and you are all set. Ppl thought mine were professionally printed. My printer is an inkjet and they were perfect!! Plus $savings...yass

If you are printing at home, make sure to go in your printer settings to change the quality setting to high. If you can't find it, Google for instructions. It'll take a little longer to print, but so worth the time. The printer takes longer to print, giving a little time for the ink to dry before threading through, reducing smudges. It also lays the ink better.
