I am doing my own seating chart. I have designed it on canva and will save it as a pdf. I planned on taking it on a flashdrive to a print shop and having them print out the pdf on posterboard. I have never done anything like this before though. Just wanted to see if you guys think this should work fine?

I took my wedding sign pdf to staples and they printed it on foam board 18x24 for $26. Turned out great .

Hi Emily! I've created my own templates before and taken them to places like Kinkos and Staples and it has always turned out great! I'm sure your seating chart will look great!

I ordered mine through Zazzle. I got a 18x24 poster for only $8. It was easy and it came fast.
