Hi Everyone!
So Fiance and I have been to two tastings at our venue, one for appetizers and one for main course. Our guests will have a choice between a veggie, beef, chicken, and fish entree. The food is very good and we have tried chicken,fish, and veggie dishes, but we have not had a chance to taste any of the beef dishes. We will not be able to attend another tasting before wedding for various reasons. Our choices for a beef dish are sirloin steak or prime rib. I am not really familiar with either of these cuts of beef. Any suggestions on which one we should choose and why?? Thanks in advance!!
