I would try to negotiate!! Especially because it’s a Thursday night and they had no other weekends available for you. Maybe ask if they can meet in the middle with the price? Good luck!!

Would they allow you to switch to a Saturday date or no? If not, you should definitely pay the Thursday price. I'm sure the minimum is less too. You should get the price as if you were a Thursday bride. You should not meet in the middle.

If they were going to let you switch to a Saturday date, that is a little different story, but you shouldn't be paying the full Saturday price for a Thursday wedding regardless.

View Quoted Comment Oh yeah, for sure bring it up! At the very least they should at least give you the Thursday pricing and the overall difference can go towards adding more people to your guest list to meet the original total spend minimum (if there was one in your original contract).

Due to all the postponements from corona Friday’s Saturday’s and Sunday’s are booked solid. That’s why I had to do the Thursday. Thank you for the advice, i hope it works out! 😀

Hi ladies! Thank you so much for all your advice! Update i was able to negotiate and they met me in the middle, which i am very pleased with. They also offered me a after party, but i passed because it is a Thursday night wedding!
