Pre marital counseling

We have been going to our pre marital counseling and it has been quite interesting and very helpful. It is allowing us to get to know each other and understanding each other better. The biggest thing that we have learned is communication is the key and expressing how we feel towards a lot of things. We have one more session then we are done. Have anyone else gone through this process?

We currently are! We had our first session a week ago and found it to be insightful. We go back next week, on a biweekly basis. I agree ot focuses a lot on communication and is an eye opening experience.

Yes it is an eye opening experience because it help you and your husband come together as one. We learned that we have to compromise and working together financially. There is a lot to think about when you go premarital counseling. I find that if you use the information given to you in a way that it will work for the both of you, everything will be find.

Tonight is our last scheduled session for pre-marital counseling! Like you and your FH, we've benefited so much from this. I feel confident that we have a strong foundation going into this marriage in a few weeks!

We did couples' counseling when we were dating, and found it super helpful. It really improved our communication, and how we understood each other!
