Any recommendations for secular relationship therapist doing premarital counseling in the Washington DC area? Also, if those who chose to get premarital counseling, was it worth it? Thanks!

I recommend psychologytoday.com to find a therapist who takes your insurance or who can work on a sliding scale! I'm a therapist so I'll also rack my brain to think of some professional contacts I can refer you to.

And premarital counseling is the most worth it thing you can do for your marriage. In the grand scheme of things, you're spending a couple hundred bucks on tools to last you your WHOLE MARRIAGE!
