Postponed

We had to postpone our wedding from 9/12/2020 to 6/12/2021. I just recently learned that with the current Pandemic protocols we can’t have any dancing additional besides he first dance and father and bride etc. Smiley sad

Sorry you had to postpone! ☹️ The restrictions will likely be different by the time June is here, though not sure if restrictions will be stricter or more lenient. I would wait until around April to see what things look like at that time before making bigger changes to your wedding plans. The "no dancing" restriction might go away (or it might not), so I wouldn't stress just yet since there's no way of knowing. I would maybe come up with a backup plan now on what you would want to do if the restrictions are still in place, but I wouldn't act on the backup plan until time gets a little closer.

I’m so sorry girl! Fingers crossed that some of the restrictions will loosen up. I’m getting married on 4/3/21- have been married before but never had a wedding. I’m so looking forward to our 1st dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance & to have everyone dancing the night away! Super nervous that that will be denied.

What state are you in? How can they possibly make that decision 8 months out?

I believe the restrictions will change by then. I got married in CA in September and still danced anyways.
