Getting married at Jefferson Street Mansion in the Bay Area, California. Our original date was 7/3/20. We postponed to 10/25/20. But restrictions show no sign of lifting here to allow for a large gathering, we decided postpone again to 9/26/21. I’m relieved but also sad we have to wait so long. I hope it’s the right thing. And I hope by this time next year I’ll be able to feel excitement, which I haven’t felt in some time. Now there will be time for showers and bachelorette plans that were previously cancelled.

    Sorry you had to postpone! But at least you'll be able to have the wedding you envisioned, even if it is a year later than originally planned. Looks like a beautiful venue!

    I think that's the best decision with all that is going on. We postponed ours too and we were a week away literally 7 days before came to a halt. We cried a lot but it was better for everyone. It will sting for a bit but now you have more time to plan. Try to think positive, I know it's hard.

    I'm so sorry you've had to make these tough decisions - twice! But I completely understand how crazy the current uncertainty and constantly changing restrictions and guidelines must be making couples! Now that you have a new date you can step away from the wedding planning stress for awhile and come back excited for next year. Smiley heart
