Due to the blizzard, we had to postpone my bridal shower until March. A few of our guest decided to send our gifts to our home... Can we open them and send thank you cards or do we just wait until after the shower? It probably won't be until March so i feel guilty not sending anything at all.

Agreed. Open and send thank yous. But if they're not too big, bring them with you to your March shower to show off

Yes, open them and send a thank you card. An opportunity to remind them to attend your March event.
