Just Said Yes November 2021

Postponed and lost

Sophie, on December 1, 2020 at 11:58 AM Posted in Illinois Planning 0 1
So our original date was set for 5/22/2021. We were fortunate enough to pick that date before COVID hit, but as things are getting closer we have decided to postpone until 11/06/2021. Because we are changing seasons, a lot needs to be changed but I am still overwhelmed about the possibility of things not being “back to normal” by our new date. Anyone else in a similar boat? How are you holding up ?

Hi Sophie! I totally understand how unsettling it is currently planning an event, but I'd still try to remain hopeful for next November!! It's possible there may still be some restrictions, but we've got to be in a better place than we are now!!

I think the safest way to plan is to always have a plan B - especially with a smaller guest list just in case! Here are some recent discussions you can check out as well from other fall & summer 2021 couples who have been voicing similar concerns:

    October 2021 wedding?

    Fall of 2021 Brides????

August/september 2021 weddings hopeful for “normal” wedding?
