I am getting married in September and I am not postponing. With a June wedding I would wait to postpone but I would definitely read over your contracts in case you do need to have a conversation with your vendors about postponing.

Hi Girl! My original date was April 18th, and yesterday we decided to post pone! If I were you I would wait till at least a month out to make the decision! You still have plenty of time for things to calm down!

Thank you Tiffany! And I am so sorry to hear about you guys postponing this big day! All the planning that goes into this special day! It kills me to think it may have to be put on hold! How are you coping with this!? Also we paid for our honeymoon already to think that might have to be canceled kills me as well!

I’m not going to lie I cried ALL day! Today, although I don’t have a new date yet, I feel calm and at peace! All of my vendors are beyond supportive, and have made me feel so good about my decision! Our honeymoon is also already paid for, after we get our date we will be calling the resort and work things out with them!

My date is May 30. Still uncertain if we'll be able to keep that date. All of my vendors are on board for that day--so far. I'm just going to monitor the situation week by week, until this ends, or until the restrictions get extended to the point that my wedding will have to be postponed. Praying that doesn't happen! I've also been planning for 2 years.

I'm in the same boat with you! June 12th will hopefully still be our date. I'm so worried about having to postpone, but I think it's still too early to call it. We will be seeing how everything goes over these next couple of weeks before deciding what to do.

We postponed our wedding. It was supposed to be on May 17th. I will say once I made the decision. I'm so happy that I did. No more stress and worrying. We pretty much work with what was available from our caterer. We couldn't afford to lose all of our deposits. Our new date is October 18th. August and September would be deadly hot in Georgia for anyone to be outside.

I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through. We have a community hub of all our COVID-19 information, including cancellation guides, monthly planning posts, and advice on how to get additional support. I hope this helps during this difficult time.
