So I had a baby seven months ago. Yes seven I know I've been slacking . When my body is relaxed my stomach still sticks out like I'm three/four months pregnant . It's awful . I was super in shape pre pregnancy . Now I can't seem to get my stomach flat. I need to loose 15 lbs in 77 days . To be back...

I need to loose 15 lbs in 77 days . To be back to pre pregnancy weight . Is it possible ? How can I get my stomach to not look pregnant again ?

In seven days a new gym with child care will be opening up by my house !!! Needless to say I'll be attending.

I was extremely active before pregnancy and did weightlifting up to 7 months pregnant. I did gain about 26 lbs. The day before my crazy unexpected c-section came I weighed 143, now 10 months later I weigh about 133 and while my body looks different I love it. My stomach has struggled the most. I did have diastasis recti, which causes the "mommy pooch" A few abs exercises can help improve it and pull your muscles back together. I suggest doing weightlifting and hiit cardio along with ab workouts. Have you had your hormones checked? I recently did and discovered I have hypothyroidism. I also saw a weight change with my IUD, are you using any type of birth control? Sometimes that can make things go wacky.

I had my baby 7 months ago as well. Nov 6th. My 7 year old son was not a c-section but this one was and I'm having the same problem.

I just called my Dr one day and asked about my thyroid. I have been having brittle fingernails, constantly freezing cold, and zero libido. She suggested I come in and she did a blood test.

You might also consider a postpartum corset, thought I think they're most effective in the first few months after giving birth. But yeah, most womens' stomachs are permanently a little distended after pregnancy, and it's got nothing to do with fitness.

I totally understand your frustration. I stopped breast feeding two months ago and just got my period 2 weeks ago. I feel like I started losing weight once i stopped lactating. Same thing happened with my first child it could be that but nothing beats lifting weights and HIIIT

I am 10 and 5 years post partum and I still have belly squish. I eat healthy, exercise but have extra skin and squish. I talked to a trainer and these is little I can do to get rid of it. It sits on top of muscles so unless I get ripped it will stay.

I was back to my PP weight by 9 months postpartum by doing moderate exercise and cutting out bread and cheese.
