I think it would be best to take one completed invite to the post office and have them weigh it and let you know the postage.

I’m going to say absolutely not!!

one stamp is up to 5 text sheets I think and cardstock is much heavier

im assuming mine will be around 250-5 each including return postage for rsvps considering 1 pound is about 4.85 presently for first class mail

if you exceed 16 ounces you’ll have to upgrade because first class cuts off after 1 pound

This will be what I do. I highly recommend it for everyone because it varies by weight

Cutoff for 1 stamp is 1 ounce if you have a home scale

It is going to be close. That is what I had in mine and it was just under 1 ounce. Take it to the post office, they will let you know which stamp you need.

You need to take the complete invitation set to the post office so they can tell you this. Postage is not just based on weight. It is also based on the shape of the invitation and if there are any bulky items like a belly band, etc.

I would take one. I had lighter weight cardstock invite and rsvp the two envelopes and a wax seal and I just made the cut off for one stamp

I agree with all the previous brides the only 100% way to know is to have the post office weigh the entire imitation mailing complete with Invite, reception cards and rsvp cards with stamped envelope plus your inner and outer envelope complete with liners(if you have them).

Don’t worry if it’s too much for a standard stamp. The post office will have you covered on this: they will show you stamps they can sell you that will cover the weight of your invite. Some even come with wedding compatible motifs like hearts, flowers and butterflies.
