If anyone else is thinking of this I highly recommend it! After carefully growing my hair out for almost 4 yrs and avoiding doing any crazy colors for the wedding, I FINALLY got to go crazy and do something new and funky and get a cut! It was such a relief lol. If there’s something you want to do...

If you’ve done it, feel free to post your new style here! I love to see new hair-pirations!

This is so cool! Did they have to strip it first? I've always wanted to do a funky color but my hair is really dark and I'm afraid of completely stripping it.

Love your hair with all different layers of color! I continued to let my hair grow after my wedding so it's pretty long. Some days I fight with wanting to chop it off but it's alright for now. Dark purple hair or highlights has been on my to-do list for many years although having terrible allergies has prevented me from going for it.

I don't have the guts to do a color but I'm going to donate my hair after the wedding. 3 years ago I donated 18 inches, I don't think I'll do that much again but I definitely want to chop it. FH loves it down to my butt though 🙄 such a pain!

According to the FAQ on the locks of love website, this isn't true. I mean you could argue that of course they would say that, so I don't know if it's valid, but they say they donate only to people under 21 and never charge them.

OMG!! I love rainbow hair!! I'm very much a "long hair girl" but lately I have been wondering if I should cut it shorter and let it grow into it's natural color, like a medium brown (I've been highlighting since I was in middle school) to get it back healthy. I'm starting a new job and not sure if i could do a "crazy" color, but my gosh the rainbow looks so awesome!!!
