Post office lost my invitations

Lost the invitations you ordered? Your date isn't for a while so you couldn't have possibly sent them out yet unless you mean save the dates?

I have a few questions that are in line with the PPs. Are you talking about being delivered to your home?

Take a deep breath, you have an abundance of time on your side. Most of the time if the post office loses items the vendor will ship you a new order -- I don't know exactly how it works but I've definitely gotten lost items replaced. Also, if they said July 26th, it's definitely late, but it's in that window where it might still show up.

I am hoping these were the ones that were ordered to be delivered to you and not being sent out. that would be awful if it was your STD's that were being mailed out.

The tracking said they were delivered to your house? This is an easy fix, most companies will send out another order free of charge. Just call back Vista Print and tell them you never received.

Don't worry, Vistaprint is amazing, if they got lost in the mail, they'll likely resend them to you for free. Just live chat them or call Vistaprint and they'll explain your options.

I'm sorry guys I'm so upset let me start over I ordered my invitations save the date and the venue in July the post office never delivered them to my house the supervisor said her carryer delivered them to the wrong address now I have to wait on them to go to the address and see if the house they deliver it to still have it

I'm nit sending them out yet I just ordered them early I'll be sending them out in October my save the dates my whole thing is they never got to me yet it was sent to the wrong address

I spoke to vista print yes they did say they will send it again its just the customer service at the post office is very poor that's all

Yeah I was worried for you for a minute there! Luckily this is an easy fix. I would've freaked out if it was the invitations that I had sent out!

Speaking of, I haven't even ordered them yet

So I order STDs from vistaprint last month. Ups delivered them since I guess they were already in route but it stated usps was supposed to deliver via surepost. When I got them the only thing in the box was two packets of 10 envelopes. I of course panicked like a crazy person. I called ups and gripped them out because the box was damaged and open when it was dropped off. I called vista print and told them what happened and they resent them within a day. Now ups finally got s kick in the butt and found them on the floor of a warehouse two states over. So now I have over 160 STDs. Long story short call vistaprint back and tel them you never received them. Also check and make sure the post office delivered them and not ups. Even though it is a surepost package sometimes ups will still deliver instead of handing it over to the post office.

I feel your pain. Someone mailed back a rsvp two weeks ago...in the same town...and it still hasn't made it.
