Positive news!

Got one bit of positive news today! The other not so much. If the ban is not lifted for the amount of people allowed at a wedding and if we dont want to postpone we can get our money back!


Bad news, my job is on the third floor of a building that has 4 floors. Someone on the 2nd floor tested positive for the COVID19. They are still making us work😔

    Yeah, that's definitely not ok. I'm in the MH field as a doctoral trainee in NJ and everyone has closed (all of us have no clinical hours in external placements). They have all transitioned to telehealth from home.

    Oh I dont even think it's legal. But supposedly it's up to the employers discretion. I'm praying that we work from home

    That seems like a good idea. I would maybe try to talk to your employer one last time. Otherwise, yeah, I would 100% reach out to your union. If they don't prove effective, I would move up the line.

    Has your work sent you home yet, with the Stay at Home order from the governor?
    I know you are likely considered "essential", but with a positive test in your building, you should really be able to work from home!
