Pop the question

Leonides, on January 9, 2020 at 5:45 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 6
Did you do a creative pop the question for your bridal party? Seen so many cute one on Pinterest and now I want to do one. But not sure if it’s just cheesy and a waste of money. What do you think? I have people that I want in my wedding party that live in other states so I would have to send the package to them.... waste? Cool? Idk. Help.

If you have the extra money in your budget and want to do this then go for it. I didn't want to because I wanted to spend money on other stuff. I did however give everyone nice gifts as a thank you the night before the wedding.

I did wine bottles that read will you be my bridesmaid. I invited all my girls out to lunch and gave it to them then.

I gave each girl a bag with a bridesmaid card, a personal note from me about our friendship, a Yankee Candle, shots of liquor and skintimates shave lol.

I had all of the bridesmaids come to my parents house since it was a central meeting point and gave them each a bottle of wine i decorated in glitter, a ring pop, and then a puzzle i found on Etsy with the question once they put it together. I absolutely loved the puzzle! Pop the question 1

I wanted to do something but didn't want to spend a ton of money so I got crafty. I'm a "crazy plant lady" so I took cuttings of one of my favorite (and easiest) plants and rooted them in inexpensive glass bottles I picked up with Hobby Lobby (bonus, they are plants that can survive on just water). Then wrote a cheesy card about how I found my guy to "grow" old with so I need the girls I "grew" up with. Then I attached a bag of champagne/G&T/rose flavored candies and gave that to them! It all cost less than $10 a person and we all have pieces of the same plant which they thought was sweet!
