Yh mine is 2 tiers and when I try to flip the 1st tier over for blusher purposes its so poofy. And it doesnt make sense to have 1 veil and a blusher when to me a 2 tiered veil serves both purposes. lol

I only have a one tier veil and like Trista it lays flat. Not poofy at all.

I think the front tier of yours becomes poofy because it is bending back on itself when flipped forward- if that makes sense. if it laid flat it wouldn't poof up, but because it is probably sewn onto the comb with the layer going down, when you flip it up it isn't laying flat and will poof up.

see on this once how all the tulle is meant to go the same way- when you mess that up it will end up poofy.

    at least thats my theory.

By softening the tulle is should help with teh poof. try hanging it the way you will want to wear it up in the bathroom while you take a nice hot steamy shower.

Thanks Shellie, I have been having tons of steamed baths but havent noticed anything but what I just realized is that I should try it with the veil flipped over(the way I want it to hang) and see if it gets better.

    Thanks
