Polaroid guest book

Ansley, on March 24, 2018 at 11:01 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 8
So I’m having a formal guest book as you come into the ceremony, but I want a Polaroid guest book at the reception for guests to take pictures and write a nice comment under their picture. I have a backdrop and props and everything. I just can’t find a book like this online!! Anyone doing the same thing and having any luck??

I made a board for people to sign and after it's signed i'm going to have it vanished so I'll have the memoir of that night for years. I love your idea too. That way you have a picture of who attended your wedding.

I love this idea! At a friends wedding she actually went and got a pretty scrapbook from their local craft store and all sorts of scrapbooking items and put them in a pretty basket for the guests to use! It came out beautiful!!

You can probably find a blank album, guestbook, or journal and add photo corners to the pages to make your own.

I had to buy a blank book and put photo corners in it to hold the pictures. It isnt very hard. You can get photo corners on amazon for like 10 dollars

I had a hard time too because we are using one book for the whole event. It will be at the welcome table at the ceremony and then moved to the photo booth table since the booth shoots out two sets of photos- one for them to keep, and one for them to leave and write a note. I wanted them all in one book but I had a hard time finding one that had a binding that expanded and had blank pages for writing. I finally found this one. It’s expensive and you have to like the look of muslin or linen but the front is customizable and she’s really easy to work with. We are just doing our names and the wedding date in a pretty font. She also offers different sizes. I got a large one because our strips are 6x2.

Check blueskypapers.com. Their albums are archival quality, so you don't have to worry about the paper causing your photos to deteriorate over time. You can also look on Etsy if you want something unique.

We're doing a combined wedding album/guest book so we just have one keepsake book from the wedding (does anyone ever actually look back at guest books?) We're putting photo corners in the first several pages of our wedding album for people to place their photos and write notes in the margins, and then we'll put our professional portraits in on the following pages after they're developed.
