Poems while walking down the aisle?

I want to do something different. While the wedding party walks down the aisle I want to play Maya Angelou reading her poem "In and Out of Time". Then once I begin to walk down the aisle Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" will play. I love poetry and we love this song. Both are special to us. Do you think people will understand? Opinions please?!

Personally, I would find it awkward, and I don't know that it would actually make people pay attention.

I'd have someone read it during the ceremony.

Is the bridal party not walking down to any music then? Just poetry? I think it could work if there was some soft instrumental music playing in the background. I can't picture a bridal party walking down to just someone talking.
