So I read that wearing a pocket square & boutonnière is considered “permitted” but the articles warn of it being too much or clashing. Right now we have budgeted for both without realizing it could be overkill. We have both planned for the groom, best man & our fathers. What are you doing!?...

We did just pocket squares - but they're definitely more subtle than you realize!!
I definitely don't think a pocket square and a boutonniere would be overkill!

I wanted to do both and actually purchased them for the guys. They never put them on and only wore a pocket square. It still looked great.
