I live in Tucson, Az. I have a relatively small budget for my dress. I and short and plus size. Besides David's Bridal, where else has a good selection of plus size dresses for a reasonable price? I'm willing to drive to Phoenix area as well.

Browse reviews of dress shops on GoogleMaps for your city and call to see if they have plus sizes available to try on. If you are open to online, Azazie.com has a try on at home program for about $15 and you can sample them in the comfort of your home.

Hi Brittney! You should also check out Torrid, ASOS, Lulus, Modcloth, and Missguided - they all have affordable wedding dresses in extended sizing!!

Hello Brittany. I too am a plus size bride to be, and I am also over 6 feet tall. I found my perfect dress at Brilliant Bridal in Phoenix. They sell them off the rack so you can take it home with you that very day. I even got a dress in a size up from what I normally wear so that my seamstress can fit it perfectly. Yes!! Torrid! I just got mine there & it is GORGEOUS! They have great sales sometimes too.... My dress was $228, on sale for $175 & I was able to apply my "Torrid cash" so it only cost me $100 plus tax!
