Your FH loves you and wants to marry you for you, not how much or little you weigh. I have no doubt all he will be thinking is how beautiful you are and how lucky he is!

I'm not plus size and I haven't gained any weight and I STILL felt this way. As long as you can put your dress on all the way, you'll be thinking about other things on the day of your wedding and I'm sure your fiancé will think you look amazing! Try to think about other ways to make yourself feel beautiful. If you already have a method of self care that makes you feel confident, do that. If you need suggestions: eating healthy foods (that you like, don't force yourself to eat things you hate for the sake of being healthy), getting enough sleep, and doing whatever you do to relax will help you look AND feel better.

You aren’t wrong for feeling what you feel, but you have to turn those feelings around. Be confident in the love your FH has for you. If you are worried the dress won’t fit try it on now and see what’s what. Then you know if you need to make adjustments or not. If you are worried you won’t be as beautiful on your wedding day, nope don’t even go there. You will be beautiful! I have never heard anyone say “well she just wasn’t as beautiful as she used to be”. All people ever think when seeing a bride is “wow! I’ve never seen a more beautiful bride.” You got this girl. Be confident.

Thank you for your honesty girl! The hamster in my head is going crazy on the hamster wheel!! Glad I’m not alone! Everybody’s right- your fiancé knows you are the most beautiful girl in the world & that’s all that matters. You’re amazing & you got this!

You will look amazing I promise! It can be hard when the weight doesn't just fall off (especially when you work hard and see all those "lose 20lbs in 2 weeks" advertisements all the time). I've had to keep reminding myself that it takes time. It's hard cause when my FH eats all "red foods" (Noom talk it's like food that has a high caloric density) he doesn't gain weight but I go "off-track" and I feel like I lose my progress.

I feel like a blob every time I look at pictures. There were engagement photos of ours that I just never downloaded from the photographer's website because I felt my chin/face was just ugly! Of course, FH says I look beautiful. But just cause someone says it doesn't mean you feel it.

I think the best thing to do is to do some self-care over these next three weeks. Spend some extra time outside, get a massage/other spa day fun, buy a new outfit, do some yoga, etc. The best thing to do right now is what will make you smile. Just remember that if you feel beautiful on the inside you will radiant beauty on the outside.
