Plum and gold vs. Silver!!?

Hi everyone. We are getting married next September.

I’ve finally decided on plum as the main colour. However, a lot of wedding decorations are going on sale right now and I have no idea what to do for second/third colours. I’ve noticed a lot of things seem to come in black, silver, white or gold. I’ve posted a photo in the comments - I’m leaning towards something like this (dark purple with some bright green to add colour).
Do you think dark purple looks better with gold, silver, black or white? The suits will be grey!

Personally I think silver would look best with purple and gray. Search Pinterest for some ideas. There are lots of them on there.

I’m getting married Saturday. We chose the colors plum, rose gold, and navy. Dark purple is a color that meshes well with lots of other colors without being too overwhelming.

I am also using plum as one of the main colors in my wedding which is in 2 weeks. I think either combo is good. I never wear gold, but decided on gold as the accent color because Tangled is my favorite Disney movie (and part of his proposal to me) and that is a big theme in our wedding.

I prefer gold just because i think it would give a warmer, richer feel which is more my vibe. Silver is beautiful, it just lends itself to a more ritzy, modern vibe which isn't my personal preference. You really can't go wrong though, both look great with plum.

These are my colors too!! I'm using silver and black as accent colors. So pretty!!
