Please share your Itinerary ! :)

I have 19 days and have avoided making an itinerary until now the photographer and videographer are asking for it so I have to deal with it Smiley winking

Can anyone share their itinerary - whether from what you already did and how to adjust it or what you think it will be TBD ? I have never been in a wedding nor have I been to any weddings until I started dating my FH! So I feel clueless. Any advice towards how long certain photos take as well will help?

Just looking at others' itineraries will help for sure!! I am a visual learner Smiley smile Thanks you lovely brides !!

As far as how long photos will take that depends on the photographer. They should be telling you how long they need for certain things and helping you with the timeline. Generally weddings are a 30 minute ceremony followed by a cocktail hour then dinner and dancing. Some people do pictures during the cocktail hour and others do them before. Usually toasts are during dinner. Your first dance can be before or after dinner it’s really just personal preference.

Here's our timeline. The Treasury was the reception space and the Lightner is where the ceremony was held (a trolley was the transportation). If you have both in same location that would save you the travel timing. Also, having a first look would change pictures around a bit.

My girls and I are meeting at 830 for light breakfast, start hair and makeup around 9am. 11am my photographer shows up to get pictures at venue and getting ready. We head to the location where we will do our first look. The bridal party will be getting our pictures done. 1230 second photographer shows up to get guys pictures. 140 first look. Remaining wedding party pictures. 330 guests are getting seated. 410 wedding ceremony. 440 Family pictures. 5pm-6pm join our guests for cocktail hour. 6pm first dance then dinner. MOH and Best man speeches at dinner. Followed by dancing. 8pm cake. 10pm guests leave. That is our rough draft timeline
