Please help me find a ball gown like this

I am going crazy, I have been to a couple of bridal shops trying to find my dream wedding dress but I haven’t found it yet 😭😭. Below is what I envision myself in. I want an off shoulder like that, a long cathedral train and some puffiness. I can’t seem to get anything even similar. I tried having Anomalie make it from the scratch but they said they don’t offer the bone structure off shoulder with the lace. I live in the Atlanta Georgia area but school in Savannah. If anyone can suggest a bridal shop I can find this or even a legit online store please help a girl out. Thank you
