So, I'm using Zola's & WeddingWire's checklists simultaneously to plan my wedding. Zola's has a "Make playlists for all the weekend's events" But I'm lost. Like I know there's a playlist to be made for getting ready the day of but I'm still clueless on what to put on there. Any suggestions? And what events should I make playlists for besides that, if any?

Other events we're making playlists for: rehearsal dinner and after-party. We also have running shared Spotify playlists to add must-play songs for the reception (these will be shared with the DJ.) My getting ready for day-of playlist is a fun mix of early-2000s pop like the Spice Girls, NSync, etc. and more contemporary pop. Things to pump up the energy and make us happy!

Are you DIYing your music for your wedding or are you hiring a DJ/band?
Making playlists panic me personally but my go-to app is Spotify. It has curated playlists for almost all events so it's great for getting ideas or even just pressing play on the playlist and letting it play through.
You could ask all of your BM's to suggest their top 5 favorite songs for your 'Getting ready' playlist so that there are songs that everyone loves to get you all excited!
