Does anyone have suggestions on where to get platewear and how soon before the wedding !? Should I buy or rent ??

What is your formality like? Black tie, semi formal, casual? If you’re doing casual picnic style, you can get heavy duty Chinet plates from Costco. Otherwise rent real plates from a local party rental company. Purchasing is not cheaper or less time consuming and you won’t get money back from reselling.
