We are serving sandwiches with some salads/pasta salads. What is the appropriate plate size? It will be a late lunch, early dinner kinda of thing.

There is 8"-10". Im not sure what will work best.

Because it's really going to matter in the end? I eat a lot so... 10"? But if it's buffet then 8" because those extra inches will add weight...? I just... Don't know that it's THAT IMPORTANT. And it's such a trivial decision...
Eta: I'm not being snarky, I swear. I just don't understand why you're struggling with this simple decision... It's baffling to me.
