Plantar fasciitis

Jax, on January 8, 2022 at 8:38 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 3
I bought my dress today, which was totally unexpected. I was initially thinking of wearing flats, but wouldn’t mind a small heel.

Can anyone recommend a shoe/brand that works well for plantar fasciitis? My bottom line is comfort on my wedding day. Girls gotta dance!

so I can't speak to the comfort of any of these brands, but

Bella Belle does really cute flat wedding shoes, as well as low heeled!

Badgley Mischka also has cute wedding flats

Something Bleu also has kitten heels and flats

Plus, Nordstrom seems to have a decent collection too!

I would consider wearing shoes you already own and find comfortable. You don't have to buy new for accessories. If you do, perhaps Cole Haan or high end? The better the quality, the more comfort. There are also bedazzled sneaker options. As for plantar fasciitis, I get this temporarily from over-strained flat feet and no ankle and lower leg stretching. So I would definitely recommend a slightly elevated heel and prep stretches. A golf-ball sounds painful, but it gets in there. You can also strengthen feet with barefoot exercise: yoga, beach walking, etc. You could also get foot and calf massages or even full-body massages leading up to the big day. Best wishes,

Thanks for all the tips! I don’t have anything that would work in my closet how, but I definitely want to give them a test drive before the big day. Also all about the ball trick and frozen water bottles Smiley heart
