I'm looking for a venue outside of Wellstone. It needs to allow a loud wedding and partying at night time and it needs to be cheap. I live in North Charleston, if anybody knows a place like that can you please let me know. thank you

    You can look into AirBnb and VRBO but most have put a stop to allowing events and they surely wouldn't allow for much noise. I would recommend looking into hotels with banquet rooms as I don't see you being able to have a "party" late night without getting complaints in a residential area. Hotels on the other hand, are pretty care free about the noise and drinking as long as you aren't damaging anything and keeping it contained to the banquet area.
