For a buffet style meal, how would you do place settings? The catering company provides paper goods but I was thinking I'd like to rent some type of china because it looks nicer and isn't THAT expensive. If I were to do this, how would I go about setting the tables? Put the plates out and have the guests bring them to the buffet line or have all plates already at the buffet and allow the caterers to portion out the food? Curious because a reason I'd like china is for photo purposes If the tables are never actually "set", I'm not sure there's even a reason to go that route. Thanks!
