Pizza Bar

My FH and I are wanting to do a pizza bar for our meal (with side salads and possibly a pasta option). Pizza has been in significant parts of our lives, like the specific pizza that we got the time he took me to see his childhood home, the specific pizza we were eating the first time he asked me to marry him (I said no because we were way too young!). While we have a few more specific pizzas that hold significance to us, not all the pizza we would have at the bar would be that significant. We wanted to put framed notecards of some type near the pizza and it’s significance for the guests to read as they serve themselves. Would it look odd if some pizzas were significant while others were just there to give the guests more options? Thanks in advance!
