We ended up getting married 5 days before DH's birthday.
It was a Big Birthday, too.... my new joke is that I planned to throw a HUGE 30th birthday bash for him, and we ended up throwing a wedding instead. Ooops.
At least this way you can't forget it! Also, extra cake!

I don’t think it’s weird! That’ll be such a fun celebration! Growing up, I always thought I’d want to get married in August because it’s my birthday month. I’m not sure if I could’ve done my actual birthday, though, since I go all out for my birthday every year.
