Hi Everyone!

i am getting married this summer on the beach! My FH thinks it is important to serve steak and the salmon I thought tasted the best out of the options! I am torn though because I feel like chicken is the safer choice. What do you think!? What two would you go with?

I would check to see if you have anyone with a good allergy to fish. If not it could work. I like all three options but I also know people with seafood and fish allergies.

Steak and salmon.
Chicken undercooked can make people sick, not so much with the other two.

I would do steak and salmon.

For reference, we did all three. 65 or so people chose steak, 35 or so chose salmon, under 20 (I think 18) chose chicken, and 7 were vegetarian.

My future hubby hates chicken so we would doing streak and salmon. know your audience, not everyone likes salmon like I do!! LOL! Steak and chicken is safer.

Steak and salmin might be the safest. From my experience we had all three choices plus a vegetarian option and steak was the most popular choice with salmon in second place.

I don't like fish either and I'm picky about steak. I would think about your guests and what you think most of them would prefer.

I'm also marrying at the beach! I personally cannot stand sea food. Steak is always a good choice in my mind, and if you have children attending, definitely go for chicken as the second option.

We have to finalize our menu tonight with our venue and I've been struggling with this same question! It's interesting reading everyone's thoughts.
We are definitely doing beef and offering a vegan dish but couldn't decide between chicken and salmon. It came down to the fact that the only chicken option that we thought remotely sounded appetizing has toasted pecans on it and we have a lot of nut allergies, so we're going to go with the salmon.
