Photos before Ceremony- rings??

I had the same question. My photographer suggested no rings, save the meaning behind the ring for the ceremony. He said if we want specific pics to show the rings, they can always be taken after the ceremony. Hope this helps! I'll see how I feel in just a little over a week!

We did not. We got pictures with our rings on after the ceremony.

I only wore my engagement ring during our first look. We also had couple photos after the ceremony where we both had our wedding rings on.

The pics I usually see, they don't have rings on for the first look.

Those pics taken before, no wedding rings, and engagement ring on the "engaged" hand.

We had a first look. I forgot I had my engagement ring on but you couldn't tell. I should've given my ring to my husband after the first look to give to his brother but too much was going on so it didn't matter. He didn't wear his wedding band.

Same here! I only wore my engagement ring for our first look photos, but we also snapped a few more couples photos together after the ceremony!

We’re not doing any photos after the ceremony, so we’re going to wear ours for some of the family photos and couple photos. We won’t wear them for our first look and likely won’t have them on for the bridal party pictures.

We did not have our rings on. You would not have even noticed. This thought never even crossed my mind. After the ceremony and during the reception our photographer got photos of us with our rings on.
