Photography in NJ

Have you tried the vendor tab on here? That may be the going rate for all day photography with two shooters in your area.

Celia on here will probably have recommendations for you I'm not sure of their price ranges.

ETA: I just realized you said that much money for TWO shooters AND a videographer. That's probably what you'll end up paying for BOTH services. If you want to drastically reduce that cost, look for just photography or videography (rather than both) and one shooter instead of two (if going with photography).

Where are you located in NJ?

My photography for 2 shooters is just under $3k. I am getting married in PA but the photographer is located in Central NJ

We do need both because I'll be getting ready in Jersey while FH will be in NY. Just seems so expensive!

Considering that a great photographer in NJ probably costs 3500 minimum and a great videographer the same, no, it's not insane. You're also looking at the end of next year; prices will go up.

Photographer. My top pick, and I feel highly underpriced, is Andy Todes Http:www.todesphoto.com His photos are heart stopping. He's not a pastel-y, washed out kinda guy; his photos are amazing. We've worked with him dozens of times, and he's a lovely guy.

I am in South Jersey, but my photographer is based out of Pennington/Princeton. I think he charges a travel fee outside of 50 miles.

Where in North NJ are you located? I got married in Morris County and my photographer & videographer (separate companies) are both based there.

Mine is Tessa Marie Images. She's based out of Philadelphia but travel fee is very reasonable. For her highest package ( 2 shooters, 10 hours, e session, ownership rights, our album, online gallery/blog, all pics on USB, and a 450 dollar print credit) it was about 4500. By far best price I've found in the area for HIGH QUALITY. she's incredible. For an extra hour, it's $100 (includes both shooters). One of my BMs also recently got engaged and is using her as well (she said that happens all the time)! Highly highly recommend.

I used Pombo Photography - Pepe was amazing. I love my photos, and I really enjoyed spending a large part of the day with him! Haha.

I also have an acquaintance in north jersey who is a photographer - the only reason I didn't use him is that I didn't want a "friendor", but his work is beautiful! Look up Chris Marksbury photography.

I second the comment on checking out Enchanted Celebrations. I'm having 2 photographers all day and videographer for just under $4k. I paid everything up front to save on paying taxes (a discount of about $300). I felt a little weird doing so and not meeting the photographer ahead of time, but I trusted his work. The engagement photos came out amazing and we worked together nicely. David is my photographer and Mike is going to be my videographer. My sister's friend is using them too. Her photographer is Bryan and her engagement photos were beautiful. I'd recommend customizing your package: get rid of photo albums or other extras. You can make your own photo book on shutterfly or other sites. You can also try Alex Kaplan two wedding photographers. My sister used them and got a great package deal between $5-6k I believe.
