I have the option to have my photographer all day. Its included in the price. And I'm opting to not have her there while getting ready.

Yes. Same here, it's included in my package. She said I just need to let her know what time. My photographer also has her husband come with as a second shooter. So he will go get pictures of the guys getting ready as well.

I didn't do that just because I didn't really feel the need for those kind of pics but I've seen people do them and they come out really cute

I personally didn't do the all day package just because I didn't feel it necessary since my girls didn't want the matching getting ready outfits. We will take pictures on our phones but my professional photographer doesn't get there until about an hour and a half before the ceremony so she will capture me putting on my dress just not the hair and make up process.

We are having her be there for the getting ready pics, the ceremony, family and group pics after the ceremony (not doing any photos before the ceremony-first looks etc) and an hour into the reception to capture some candids. Approx. 4 hours. After that, she will stay as a guest.

I'm having my photographer come after my makeup but before hair lol. I mostly just need pictures of me putting on my dress and such plus my FH getting dressed. T
I really love when family is included in these. My brother is my man of honor and I am really looking forward to having him and my mom help with getting ready. Just the final touches. Like my brother helping my clasp my necklace or something like that. Or a picture of my FIL helping my FH straighten his tie. I eat those pictures up! Plus I'm doing a first look with my dad so the photographer needs to be there for that! It's completely personal preference but to me it was totally worth paying for an extra couple hours

Awe that makes me want to do it even more! Our photographer is giving us a great deal on the 6 hour package and full coverage and there's only a slight difference in what's included. I just really don't want to miss out on the big moments we're going to have with our immediate family before the party begins!

Photography is the only thing you will have after the day is over! I say splurge on it if nothing else!

I would definitely like the idea of photography/videography of getting ready. We have them for 8 hours and our rental time for our wedding is a total of 5 so might as well make up for somewhere! lol

It might not be enough time at the venue so if we're permitted, we might do all that at the Airbnb that we might get. I guess we'll just have to see when the time comes. Then whatever hours we have left (if any) we'll use for photos in other nearby locations

I opted for not having them there during getting ready. I just don’t think those are pictures you will ever do anything with but every person has their own preference for that.

We're doing getting ready pics. The day will go by so fast we want to have pictures of as much of the day as possible.

Yes. Full coverage of getting ready and ceremony, as well as portraits, and then reception. But I intend to have several photographers there- one MAIN & the rest for candids while bridal party and parents, our kids, are doing the formal portraits.

She's not getting all of our getting ready shots, just the final dressing up shots. (i.e. my mom helping with the dress, etc). We both thought it was silly for her to get there an hour earlier to watch us put on makeup lol.

All the pics all day! He’s coming at 1 so HAMU will be almost done and he can get the good shots... I don’t need any “before” photos lol
