FH and I sent an email to our photographer Monday stating we'd like to purchase our engagement photos as a set as well as inquiring to update the total invoice due in September because I might be paying with a credit card and to please let us know how to make the payment for the engagement photos. Yesterday early morning I out of habit clicked on the invoice and I looked at it and it was up to date so she changed it to reflect only the last and third installment to be paid, but nothing regarding the engagement photos. I didn't even receive an email saying that she updated the invoice. I go on the engagement photo site yesterday and today, and there has still been nothing updated to put the set in the cart to order and I haven't heard from her. The two emails I had sent were to her business email where she regularly responds so this is weird. Should I reach out to her again but this time through her phone number through a text or a Facebook message and when should I reach out?
