Photographer issues

How would you go about this
I was promised 6 hours of video and photo, 2-4 weeks my pictures would get back to me.
he wasn’t at my wedding for 6 hours, he was very lazy!
my pictures took almost 6 weeks to get back to me, he only edited 80ish pictures (which we’re so bad you couldn’t even tell the value of the picture) and gave us 800 unedited pictures which 70% of them were blurry. We paid around $800 for him he was running a 50% off deal (which should have thrown a red flag to me) and I reviewed his business and contacted me which he blocked me off everything. He had super good reviews on Facebook but many other brides complained about the same issues do you think I need a refund? He blocked there reviews on Facebook also.
i have kept our conversations which he lied constantly making up excuses for why the pictures weren’t done and I was really nice to him!

I’m really gratefully my MOH was there and took pictures but I missed out on my ceremony pictures 😒

I would probably want a partial refund, if not a full one if he didn't provide the work/service that he advertised. Do you have a contract with the terms you mentioned? If so, you could try taking him to court over the matter.

Check your contract to see what it says about being dissatisfied with the work, or what the consequences are of a broken contract.

Then I would look to see if you can take him to small claims court. It may be the only way to get your money back.
