Photographer is not delivering promised free canvases due to coronavirus

Awww I’m sorry. I’m thinking if it was just something she added and not signed in a contract, you just have to be patient. I’m in the same boat as you. My photographer came and did some shots for us at our backyard ceremony and that was a month ago. Out of contract and by text. She told us we would have prints the in 2 weeks. We haven’t received them yet. I won’t bother her, I’ll just get them when I get them.

Unfortunately, it is kind of difficult to deliver on something if the company she uses is closed. She can't help that they are closed. You could always ask her if there is another company that she could get them through, but there's no guarantee that there is.

Maybe you could ask her if there's something she can do instead of the canvas prints? A larger print or 2 of pictures you especially like? Framing of a print you especially like? See what she might suggest to do in place of the canvases.

There are lots of companies that do canvas prints. Can she find another?

However she should still honor the offer and fulfill it in some other way whether it be with another lab.

There's no reason that the lab she usually used closed down should prevent her from finding another one. Whatever you do, don't delete that email.
