I have been poring over photographers for weeks & just need to pick one already! I take photos as a hobby so I believe I’m picky with getting the right shots. I’m having a symbolic ceremony in Italy. We may have 4 guests- not sure. So I don’t need photos for 3-5 hours since it’s an intimate ceremony with a dinner. I will have a harpist & the Positano hills & ocean as my backdrop so photos are important.
I’ve narrowed it down to 3 & would love any insight on how anyone picked their photographer. I like all of their work & their pricing is all roughly the same mostly.
- 2 male photographers w/ lowest price due to a discount since my wedding is a weekday, 4-5 hours (flexible), 500 edited photos ready in 45 days
-1 female photographer who I like her editorial style (only factor) for 5 hours, 250 edited photos, online gallery
-1 female photographer who offers a skype session to go over the day, 350 edited photos, online gallery, complimentary sunset session the day before wedding, pictures ready in 2-3 weeks with a preview of 10 pics 3 days after wedding
I can’t decide because I would love 2 photographers perspectives for different photos & they are the cheapest but I’m trying not to base it off price. I do think females might pick up on nuances women care about- angles, hair in place, etc. Gender is not a huge deal here but in consideration. The last female photographer seems like the best value. Please help with your insight!
