Photobooth Not Delivering Pictures. What do i do?

Hello all! My wedding was on 08/25/2020 and we had a magic mirror photo booth. We were told we would get all the pictures sent to us in an email. Well I sent my email to him on 08/16/2020 and he said he would email them that night. Well a couple days went by and I didn’t get them so I asked again. He apologized and said his Dropbox messed up and he would send them that night. I still haven’t received them and my husband and I were really looking forward to getting these for the extra memories from our guests 😭. I have a feeling all my pictures have been lost. Do I ask for a full refund?

    Before asking for a full refund, I would try calling them and requesting information on where your pictures are. Since it's only been less than 2 weeks since your wedding, I would give them a little more time. Does your contract promise the pictures by a specific date? If that date passes with no pictures, I would request a full refund at that time.

    He actually never made me sign a contract but I have the messages of what the services would be and how much would be paid. I’ll wait the two weeks and see how that goes before asking for a refund.

    I would check the contract, I know our photographer mentioned in his contract that if he can’t provide a certain amount of pictures then he will refund our money.

    If they’re in Dropbox, he can easily share the folder with you. I’d keep on asking him for an update, and wait until he said in the emails when you’d have them by befor asking for a refund. I would give him a call, put him on the spot.

    I would call him and ask where your pictures are. If you don't have them in a week or so I would ask for a partial refund.
